Cancellation Policy

At One:11 Studios, we value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure fairness and maintain studio operations, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all customers, including members. Appointments may be canceled for a full refund only if canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. All bookings made within 72 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable and final. Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may be rescheduled once, and the rescheduled appointment must take place within 30 days of the original date. No refunds will be provided during this window. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours), missed appointments, or "no call, no show" clients will forfeit the original booking and must pay a new booking fee to reschedule. No exceptions will be made for last-minute cancellations. Deposits made via invoice are non-refundable but may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment within 30 days of the original appointment. Failure to reschedule within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Consistent cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or suspension of membership privileges. By booking with One:11 Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy in full.

Membership

Policy

By enrolling in a One:11 Studios membership, customers agree to a minimum three-month commitment to maintain access to discounted rates. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month and may be canceled with a 30-day written notice. No refunds are provided for missed cancellations, unused hours, or early termination. All bookings must be at least 1.5 hours and must start and end on time; overages will be billed at the standard $70/hour rate. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to retain hours—late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeited time. Unused time during a session is non-refundable. However, unused monthly hours may roll over if the membership remains active and in good standing. Once a membership is canceled, remaining hours expire 30 days after the final date. All unused hours have no cash value. Membership benefits are non-transferable, and One:11 Studios reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for any policy violations or misuse of the space. Members are fully responsible for any damages caused during their bookings.

Studio Rules

  1. No food or drinks allowed in Studios A-E. Non-compliance will result in a minimum $75 cleaning fee.

  2. Studio F does allow food and drink.

  3. All persons who enter the facilities must check-in and agree with the, terms of use agreement.

  4. No smoking or vaping in the space.

  5. No open flames allowed in the space including candles, chafing cans, lighters, inscents, anything requiring fire.

  6. Nudity is allowed (with prior permission).

  7. No overnight parking in the parking lot.

  8. All trash must be disposed of in the designated dumpster.

  9. Furniture can be rearranged as long as it’s put back in its original space. 

  10. $200 fee for lost room keys.

  11. All rooms are checked before and after your stay. Please be sure to point out any previous damages at the beginning of your stay. Renter is responsible for all damages. 

  12. All payments must be made at the time booking to secure an appointment.

  13. All bookings must include set up and tear down time, any time used outside of your alotted appointment time will result in a charge of the original per hour fee.

  14. The Renter hereby grants the Owner permission to record behind-the-scenes footage on the premises. This footage may be used by the Owner for marketing and promotional purposes.

  15. The Renter is responsible for all guest on premisis and will be liable for any damages to property or persons during rental stay.

  16. Electrical: Please note the labels on the plug. Plug all high voltage equipment in the outlets marked 20 Amp specifically for high voltage items such as sound and lighting equipment. All other plugs can be used for devices such as laptops, phones, etc. 

  17. Studio F includes the use of backdrop paper. Please preserve as much paper as possible. Excessive use will incur an additional fee of a minimum of $50 depending on damages.

 

L Hubert LLC, doing business as One:11 Studios, shall not be held liable for any damage to persons or equipment brought onto the premises. By booking the studio, the Renter automatically agrees to the above rules and policy.
